Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-returnable items include:

To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, email us at info@westernledlighting.com and send your item to our address.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the return value. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will go to them.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a refund is issued, the shipping cost will be deducted from it. For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service.
